Effective 2026-01-05. These terms govern use of the AnycastEdge platform by you on behalf of your organization, contracted with AnycastEdge Networks Ltd.
During the beta period access is invite-only. We may modify capacity, limits, or features with reasonable notice; generally available features will not be withdrawn without 90 days' notice.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in USD. Overage is metered per the limits table in the documentation. Prices change with 30 days' notice.
You retain all rights to content delivered through the service. You grant us only the limited license required to cache, transform, and deliver it at the edge.
Team and Enterprise plans carry the uptime commitments stated on the pricing page. If monthly uptime falls below the commitment, credits of 5–30% of the monthly fee apply, claimable within 30 days via support.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. The service is provided "as is" during the beta.
You may terminate at any time; we may terminate for material breach with 14 days to cure, or immediately for abuse. Sections 4 and 6 survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
