Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Account data: work email, project manifests, and billing details you provide.
• Edge logs: client IP addresses are truncated to the /24 (or /56) at ingestion and retained for 7 days for abuse handling and debugging; aggregate metrics are retained indefinitely.
• This website sets no marketing cookies and uses no third-party analytics.

2. Purposes and legal bases

We process account data to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and truncated edge logs for legitimate interests in security, abuse mitigation and network operations (Art. 6(1)(f)).

3. Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure subprocessors required to operate the service (PoP hosting providers under DPAs), and with authorities where legally compelled. A current subprocessor list is available on request.

4. Retention

Account data is retained for the life of the account plus 90 days. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by law.

5. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing by emailing privacy@anycastedge.duckdns.org. You may lodge a complaint with the ICO (UK) or your local supervisory authority.

6. Changes

Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
